S&D's research activity is headed by Mr. Scott Shen.

Mr. Scott Shen has conducted over 300 projects for 100 Japanese, Hong Kong, American, British, Australian and domestic clients. He is competent in both qualitative and quantitative research. He personally has moderated more than 700 group discussions during the last nine years and has a good working knowledge in the use of projective techniques for qualitative analysis in concept development and creative stage studies. He is fluent in English and Mandarin, and understands Shanghai dialect.

Ms. Vivian Wang (Senior project manager, qualitative research) B.A.

Seven years research experience

She has a good working knowledge in moderating Children's groups and female personal care studies with more than 200 groups experience. She is one of the founders of S&D. She is also in charge of company's administration.

Ms. Funny Wang (Senior project manager) M.Biochemistry and B.Medical.

Five years research experience

She has a good working experience in medical products research. She is also numerate and computer literate. Therefore she effectively handles both qualitative and quantitative research. She is enthusiastic, diligent and committed in her approach to all her projects. She is fluent in English Japanese, and Mandarin, and understands Cantonese and Shanghai dialect.

Eight years experience in data analysis

He specializes in quantitative methods (having been trained formally in data analysis in medical research, and worked for WHO projects). He is a researcher and system analyst rolled into one.
